* Serendipity Suite *

Sleeps up to 5 gals... downstairs with a full bath... 1 queen bed and 3 twins

* The Black Monarch Room *

Sleeps up to 7 gals... upstairs with a hall bath... 7 twin beds with 2 of those being uppers.

* The Celtic Breeze Suite *

Sleeps up to 4 gals... upstairs with a hall bath... 4 twin beds

Sleeps up to 4 gals... upstairs with a full bath... 4 twin beds

* $185.00 per person for individual pricing.

Shared bedrooms, baths, crafting and dining areas with other fun-loving scrapbookers

* $175.00 per person (4-6 gals)

Slumber party style with just your friends in the same bedroom

* $150.00 per person (7-18 gals)

* Minimum to get the house to yourself is 14. Only your group of friends are in the house

* A group of 12 or less gals can pay a flat rate of $2100 split it between yourselves and have the house to yourselves

* The hostess stays free with a group of 15 or more gals

* Add a Thursday day/night for a flat rate of only $250.00

* Add a Monday day/night for a flat rate of only $200.00

* Individuals can do a Thursday or Monday add-on for only $65.00 each

(4 person minimum from any of the groups for that weekend is required)

* Food is not provided for add-on days/nights. There is a fridge and microwave for you to use in the crafting area

* A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a weekend... no exceptions. "-)

* Deposits are non-refundable... they are transferable to another weekend only once within a year from the original date of the cancelled retreat.

* Balance is due 30 days prior to weekend booked for your specified amount of people. No refunds if someone in your group does not show up.

The fine print of policies:

No smoking in house.. no children or pets. Deposit is $300.00 to reserve your weekend. Weekends will NOT be held without this. No exceptions. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of a cancellation the deposit is transferrable to another available weekend within the same calender year. The deposit can only be transferred one time. No exceptions. The full balance of all people in your group is due 30 days prior to your retreat date. The full balance is absolutely not refundable past 10 days before your retreat date... no exceptions. If space is available, last minute add-ons to your group must pay in cash upon arrival. I will not except any checks 30 days prior to retreat date. If paying your retreat prior to 30 days than the full amount must be paid with a money order, cashiers check or cash (unless arranged ahead of time with me)

If anyone in your group has food allergies or special needs they need to bring their own. Menus are chefs choice and are free with your stay. The prices are the same regardless if you eat with us or eat out. The meals are complimentary.
